Generally, there are three options to consider when dealing with spare parts for your machine tool. Siemens customer service is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week to provide you with fast and efficient ordering and delivery of spare parts and repair services for your SINUMERIK, SINAMICS, SIMOTICS, SIMODRIVE, SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES and ACRAMATIC products.

  1. Purchase
    Order a new spare/replacement part without an exchange. Note that old parts can often be returned for a credit.

  2. Advanced exchange
    We ship you a spare/replacement part and you ship us your old part. The new and old parts must have identical part numbers and the old part must be in a repairable condition.

  3. Repair
    We restore your old part back to factory specifications.
