Sales Support Professional
A successful candidate for this Technical Sales Support position will be able to review requests for proposals for Siemens Process Gas Chromatographs, their associated products and service opportunities to determine opportunity feasibility and then to derive an optimized Siemens solution. Candidate will utilize information provided from domestic and international Siemens sales experts to develop, edit, and write original, customized proposal responses and other sales-related documents utilizing Siemens proprietary global quoting tool and ensuring global pricing alignment.
Senior Field Service Technician
The Field Service Technician role is responsible for performing both on-site field maintenance and demand service jobs for Siemens process analyzers and equipment. On-site maintenance would include preventative maintenance and repair at a fixed customer location, while demand service includes travelling to multiple customer sites to perform start-up, commissioning, and/or repair services.
The Technical Instructor role is responsible for conducting classroom training and practical hands-on lab exercises associated with Siemens Analytical Products. These trainings are held for both internal and external customers at our training facilities and at customer sites. The role also updates current course materials and assists in the development of new course materials.
