Meet our Presenters:
Ken O'Mally, P.E., CFSE, Co-founder of aeSolutions is currently serving as the company's Executive Vice President of Engineering and Technology. Ken has almost 30 years of experience working on large capital projects with major industrial manufacturing companies in a diverse range of industries. He has in-depth experience as a lead engineer executing SIS and automation lifecycle projects from conceptual and preliminary development to detailed design and construction/commissioning activities. Ken received his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University.
Sarah Manelick, Alarm Management Principal Specialist for aeSolutions. Sarah provides consulting services for alarm management and process hazards analyses. She supports numerous oil and gas facilities and chemical plants with implementing their alarm management lifecycle and integrating it with their process safety lifecycle. Sarah has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University, ten years of industry experience and is a member of ISA 18.2 committee. Sarah is currently an ISA Safety Instrumented Systems Fundamentals Specialists and is also an ISA instructor for the IC39C Alarm Management course.
Charles M. Fialkowski, C.F.S.E. (Certified Functional Safety Expert) has been a Safety Systems Specialist for more than 20 years, with a focus on Burner Management (BMS), Fire and Gas (F&G) and high integrity pressure protective (HIPPS) solutions. He represents Siemens as a voting member of the ISA 84 committee, and ISA course developer and instructor for safety instrumented system (SIS) and BMS. Charles received his Electrical Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University and is currently the National Process Safety director with Siemens Industry, Inc.
