PurchaseOrder a new spare/replacement part without an exchange. Note that old parts can often be returned for a credit.
Advanced exchangeWe ship you a spare/replacement part and you ship us your old part. The new and old parts must have identical part numbers and the old part must be in a repairable condition.
RepairWe restore your old part back to factory specifications.

Please note that if you need to return a purchased part, 20% of list price will be charged to cover re-testing, handlingand re-stocking.
Our exchange program enables shipment of a rebuilt part before we receive the inoperable part from you. In return, you receive quick turnaround and, in most cases, less cost than an outright purchase of a new part.

We will deliver the part according to the confirmed delivery date. Included in the shipment, is a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and a Failure Symptom Report. The RMA number must be referenced on the packing slip and clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship back the inoperative part including the RMA form to the address indicated on your RMA.
Siemens will invoice you accordingly.
A credit will be issued against the Siemens invoice when the inoperative part is received and inspected at the appropriate Siemens facility within 20 days of original part shipment and accompanied with the RMA form.
Please note that the inoperative part must be authorized for return and be in repairable condition.
Please provide proof of machine installation to validate this warranty.- Machine number from your Registration with Siemens- Prior PO on which the part was ordered- If necessary ask your customer service representative for assistance
Purchase order is required for tracking purposes only. No charges will be applied to a warranty purchase order with the exception of special shipping and handling charges for counter-to-counter or door-to-door deliveries, or damage to the part not covered under warranty
For new control, motor, or drives under warranty, please contact your machine OEM
This program allows for repair of complete devices or components within 5 business days.

Upon receipt of the inoperable part, Siemens repair personnel will conduct the appropriate repairs and return a rebuilt part within 5 business days (unless 'Rush Machine Down' situation has already been quoted separately).
You will be notified if the part is not physically repairable or is uneconomically repairable. You can then provide instruction on whether to return or scrap the part.

Siemens is the only factory-authorized repair facility for ACRAMATIC CNC and will continue to provide spare parts and other support for all ACRAMATIC products.
