Our exchange program enables shipment of a rebuilt part before we receive the inoperable part from you. In return, you receive quick turnaround and, in most cases, less cost than an outright purchase of a new part.
After we provide a verbal quote, fax your Purchase Order to us at (513) 494-5225, requesting "Exchange" on the PO.
Order acknowledgement will be mailed or e-mailed to you as you request.
We will deliver the part according to confirmed delivery date. Included in the shipment is a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and a Failure Symptom Report. The RMA number must be referenced on the packing slip and clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Please ship back the inoperative part including the RMA form to the address indicated on your RMA.
Siemens will invoice you accordingly.
A credit will be issued against the Siemens invoice when the inoperative part is received and inspected at the appropriate Siemens facility within 20 days of original part shipment and accompanied with the RMA form.
Note: The inoperative part must be authorized for return and be in repairable condition
Please provide proof of machine installation to validate this warranty
- Machine number from your Registration with Siemens
- Prior PO on which the part was ordered
- If necessary ask your customer service representative for assistance
Purchase order is required for tracking purposes only. No charges will be applied to a warranty purchase order with the exception of special shipping and handling charges for counter-to-counter or door-to-door deliveries, or damage to the part not covered under warranty
