The AVC is ideal for customers requiring additional technical support to assist them with issues that are not covered by our industry leading, comprehensive standard support offering.

The Concept

Automation Value Cards are available in a variety of unit balances (200, 500, 1000, 10,000 units).  The card number and PIN are printed on the back of the card.  Since the card features unit balances and doesn't reference specific currencies, you can use your Automation Value Card anywhere in the world without concern for exchange rates or changes in the cost of technical support services from country to country.
