Temperature Transmitters - Chemical Industry

SITRANS TF Temperature Transmitter

SITRANS TF with IP67 rating and rugged die cast aluminum or long-lasting stainless steel is suitable for applications other transmitters can't handle.  It transforms resistance thermometers, thermocouples, Ohm and mV signals into a load independent DC current corresponding to sensor characteristic, or a digital signal according Fieldbus standard Profibus PA or Foundation Fieldbus. The remote mounted sensor prevents transmitter damage at high temperature; there are no vibrations and oscillations due to long neck tubes and protective pipes with SITRANS TF.

SITRANS TH100 Temperature Transmitter

SITRANS TH100 is designed for economic plant operation and reliable measurements.  Used in conjunction with Pt100 resistance thermometers, the SITRANS TH100 transmitters are ideal for measuring temperatures in all industries.   Its extremely compact design makes it ideal for retrofitting or for the use of analog transmitters. The transmitter is available as a non-Ex version as well as for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.

SITRANS TH200 Temperature Transmitter

SITRANS TH200 is designed to support all common RTDs, thermocouples, resistance and millivolt-sensors. Setup is quick and easy with the transmitter-modem and SIPROM T software. This configuration tool can be downloaded free. Unique user-friendly details are implemented: Without opening the 4-20mA loop, the output current can read directly with a multimeter. A red/green LED shows the technician the status at a glance.

SITRANS TH300 Temperature Transmitter

SITRANS TH300 with HART- protocol is designed to support all common thermocouples, resistance and millivolt sensors. Setup is quick and easy with SIMATIC PDM or handheld communicator.

SITRANS TH400 Temperature Transmitter

SITRANS TH400 is available either with PROFIBUS PA or FOUNDATION Fieldbus (FF). It is designed to support all common RTD, thermocouple, resistance and millivolt sensors. Setup is quick and easy with SIMATIC PDM(PA) or AMS and handheld communicator(FF). Due to its small size, the device allows flexible mounting options, even in a DIN Type B connection head.
