January 1, 2009, users of the Online Support request can view the status of their cases (both new cases, and closed cases) from the
support portal homepage.
The Online Support Request saves users time and money by proactively suggesting solutions to their query. Today, 22%
of users find their answer in these suggested solutions, completely avoiding the opening a support case!
For users that are traveling or in critical breakdown situations, the most effective method to obtain support is to
call the Support Center at 800-333-7421.
