Product Enhancements: The new modular design allows for quick delivery, multiple distributor options and a full product line for the end-user. Lighting modules, operators and lens can be ordered fully assembled or independently depending upon the application. The latest illumination technology includes traditional incandescent lights, energy saving LEDs, and extra bright cluster LEDs. The ribbed concentric lens provides improved lighting distribution and aesthetic appeal.
The complete range of pushbuttons and indicator lights are part of the extensive SIRIUS pilot and signaling devices.

3SB2: The 16mm product line is ideally suited for small operating areas.
3SB3: The 22mm family is available in molded-plastic (round or square design) or metal (round design). The components can be incorporated into enclosures.
3SF5: The 3SB3 devices can be easily integrated with AS-Interface enclosures.
The 30mm pilot devices are designed to stand up to the punishing water, dust and oil environments of American manufacturing.
Class 52: Oil tight pilot controls and accessories are designed to provide long, trouble-free service in the most demanding applications. (N4/4X/13 available)
Class 51: Devices may be used where the presence of flammable gases, vapors or finely pulverized dust create a threat of explosion or fire. (N7/9 available)
Class 50: Standard duty control stations are used with the magnetic controllers to start, stop, reverse, or adjust speed of applicable motors.

The mushroom pushbuttons of the new actuators consist of the more resistant material polyamide. We recommend the new versions for ambient conditions under which the EMERGENCY-STOP actuators come into contact with oils/lubricants.

Using the AS-Interface with safety oriented communication, E-STOP actuators for front plate installation can be directly connected to a safe module.
New versions feature a lower mounting depth than the predecessor devices.
