Our Technical Support Team for Control Products is headquartered in Johnson City, TN. The Dispatch Center supports all post sales technical support requests and is available 24/7 at 800-333-7421 or 423-262-5710 for international callers. For users who are traveling or are in a critical breakdown situation, the most effective method to obtain support is to call the support center. Based on your needs, the Dispatch Center will open a service request for the appropriate support team.

If your request is an emergency (safety issue, loss of product or plant down situation), you will be immediately connected to a Tech Support Engineer (TSE). All other requests will be placed in a queue for a call back from the next available TSE. Target call back time is two business hours or less.
